Dear Creative Readers, How many of you remember the first set of colours you used? Wasn't there something special about them? Have you ever smelt crayons? Have you ever wondered how did these wonderful piece of colours came into being? Who thought of them first? Yes, today's feature on page 4 is all about crayons; The What, How, When and Why of crayons! The lead news on page one is about another progress that we have made towards the testing of Covid-19, the portable Kiosks that will help in mass testing. The second news on page 2 is about the Great Barrier Reef that is facing the threat of bleaching. There is a third piece of news today. On page 2, read about the hole in the Ozone layer above the Arctic region found by the scientists in space observation. On the same page read the cute response that we received from Aksh Agarwal for the last week's 'What if' challenge.
Time for this week's challenge: What if the colour blue was green and vice-versa. Time to think and send in your entries to tcpedit@gmail.com. On rest of page two and the whole of page three there are details of the Online Scrabble Tournament that begins today. Starting 10:00 AM today, we begin with the Qualifiers. You can check the details and the draw, and read the rules of the game on both the pages. Page 5 has a lovely book review by Nidhi Aunty and some interesting facts about crayons. Page 6 has a beautiful poem by Samaira Dewan, a awe-striking piece of art by Anhad Singh, and the laughter dose of Funny Bunnies by Akarsh Agarwal. Enjoy the edition and have a lovely weekend!
