सज्जनानाम् कण्ठे सुधा वसति.
जो सज्जन हैं, उनके कंठ(गले) में सुधा (अमृत) बसती है.

जाके पैर न पड़ी बिवाई, सो क्या जाने पीर पराई?
He whose own foot is not hurt, will not understand the pain of another person.
